| Abstract: | The purpose of the experiment is to take full advantage of AM fungi resources to promote Chinese herbal medicine growth.The temporal and spatial distribution of AM fungi and the relationship with soil carbon and soil nitrogen were investigated in rhizosphere of Lonicera japonica in Anguo city of Hebei province.Soil samples were collected monthly between July 2010 and December 2010 in the rhizosphere of L.japonica.The results showed that the symbiotic relationship was formed between AM fungi and L.japonica.M... |
