摘    要:采用渗透压冲击法提取青霉素酰化酶 ,粗酶液比活达8.20×10-8 mol/(s·mg) ,比超声波法高10倍以上 ,酶活总收率达93.3 %。

Abstract:Penicillin acylase was extracted by osmotic shock method. The specific activity of crude extract was 8.2×10-8 mol/(s·mg),it was ten-times higher than that from ultrasonic method.The total recovery was 93.3%.
