摘    要:为了解蚯蚓抗菌29肽的特性,采用菌落计数法对其抗菌谱、热稳定性、作用时间,以及最低抑制浓度等性质进行了研究.结果证实:该抗菌肽1)具有广谱性,即不仅有效抑制大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等常见细菌,而且还能够抑制酿酒酵母、露湿漆斑菌、总状毛霉等真菌;2)活力高,当质量浓度为0.009 g/L时对大肠杆菌就有明显抑制效果;3)稳定性强,在pH为2.2或11的环境中抑菌活性不变,而且在煮沸10 min后仍能保留80%以上的活性.

Abstract:To understand the characteristics of 29aa-peptides from Lumbricus rubellus,the research used colony forming unit technique to study antimicrobial spectrum,thermostability,action time,and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of 29aa-peptides.The results showed:1) It was a wide antimicrobial spectrum,not only inhibiting common bacterias such as Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus areus but also fungi such as Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Myrothecium roridum etc.;2) Its antimicrobial activity was so powerful that a co...
