正磷酸铁的合成及其性能的研究

摘    要:本文以FeSO_4、H_3PO_4、NaClO_3、NaOH为原料,在FeSO_4与H_3PO_4、NaClO_3、NaOH的摩尔比分别为1/5,6/1,1/2,温度85℃时,合成了结晶态FePO_4·2H_2O。其脱水过程为:FePo_4·2H_2O是很好的无毒防锈颜料。

Abstract:Iron(III) phosphate dihydrate was synthesized using FeSO4, H3PO4, NaClO3, and NaOH as starting materials. For synthesis of FeSO4 · 2H2O the optimum molar ratios are FeSO4/H3PO4=1/5, FeSO4/NaClO3 = 6/1, FeSO4/NaOH= 1 / 2 and the optimum temperature is 85℃. It was found that the dehydration process is FePO4 · 2H2O (-2H2O)→(166.2℃) FePO4 and FePO4 · 2H2O is a very good anticorrosive and non-poisonous pigment.
