| 摘 要： | 本文重点报道了产ＣＧＴａｓｅ的ＮｏＦＬ＿（１６８）菌株的分离筛选、生理特性及ＮｏＦＬ＿（１６８）ＣＧＴａｓｅ的酶学特性（ｐＮ、温度）对酶活性及稳定性的影响。ＮｏＦＬ＿（１６８）菌株是从沧州等地的土样中筛选出来的，该菌株嗜碱性强，产酶活力较高。

| Abstract: | A bacterial strain producing CGTase named NoFL_(168) was screened out fromsample of soil of Cangzhou of Hebei province and other areas. The bacterial strain is thealkalophilic and has high enzyme-producing activity. This article reported the separationand screening of the bacterial strain and its physiological charateristics and the effects ofthe enzymology character of NOFL_(168) CGTase(pH and temperature)on the enzyme activi-ty and stability. |
