摘    要:初步研究了饲料中添加不同剂量的锰对中华米虾(Caridina denticulata sinensis)体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的影响.实验表明,适量质量浓度的微量元素锰(0.26 mg/g)在一定时间内对中华米虾体内SOD的激活作用显著,但超过一定质量浓度,就会降低SOD的活性;随着养殖时间的延长,饲料中添加锰后,中华米虾体内SOD的活性反而下降.说明饲料中添加锰表现出明显的剂量效应和时间效应.

Abstract:The effect of dietary Mn~(2 ) on the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in Caridina denticulata sinensis were investigated in this experiment.The optimum concentration of Mn~(2 ) was determined based on the maximum activity of SOD.The results showed that the activity of SOD was increased or decreased significantly by the additional of Mn~(2 ) in the diet.Results also showed that the growth and the SOD activities of C.d.sinensis fed suitable additional concentration of Mn~(2 ) in the diet can be enhanced significantly.When the concentration of Mn~(2 )was zero or above(0.26 mg/g),the activities of SOD were inhibited distinctly.The activity of SOD reached the maximum and the shrimp grew fastest when Mn~(2 ) concentration was about 0.26 mg/g.The concentration of Mn~(2 ) should be suitable,otherwise it would decrease the activity of SOD.After some time,the SOD activity of shrimps fed with a Mn~(2 )-supplemented diet were significantly lower than those of shrimps fed with a diet not supplemented with Mn~(2 ).So the dietary Mn~(2 ) showed the dose effect and time effect.
