| 摘 要： | 萝卜根茎过渡区位于下胚轴生理上端，长度约５ｍｍ。在子叶迹附近１ｍｍ范围内变化最显著。它的变化是由二原型的根变为具有四大束和两小束外韧维管束的茎。

| Abstract: | The transition region where root and stem meet in Raphanus sativus L. laid in the apex of hypocotyl. The length of transition region was about 5 mm. Obvious change was within 1 mm range closing to cotyledonary trace. The root stem transition in structure was that as following: The diarch root to the stem changed which had four big and two small collateral vascular bundle. |
