摘    要:以甲醛、乙醛和氢氧化钠为原料,对单、双季戊四醇的合成工艺进行了研究.系统考察了反应物的物质的量之比、反应终温、单季戊四醇加入量等对反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件:在反应终温为46℃,n(甲醛)∶n(乙醛)∶n(氢氧化钠)=6.0∶1.0∶1.2时,加入质量分数为6%的单季戊四醇,乙醛的转化率达到100%,单季戊四醇的选...

Abstract:Pentaerythritol and dipentaerythritol were synthesized using formaldehyde,acetaldehyde and NaOH as the raw materials.The influence of the mol ratio of the starting materials,the final reaction temperature and the amount of additional pentaerythritol were investigated and optimized.The conversion of acetaldehyde reached 100% and the selectivities to pentaerythritol and dipentaerythritol were 91.2% and 4.7%,respectively,while the final reaction temperature was 46 ℃,the n(formaldehyde):n(acetaldehyde):n(NaOH) was 6.0∶1.0∶1.2,and mass fraction 6% of additional pentaerythritol was added.
