| 摘 要： | 着重对水热法生长晶体过程中的影响因素进行了分析.高压釜内温度分布、溶液(或溶剂)填充度、浓度和pH值、杂质等会对生成晶体的形状、结构、颜色、生长速度、晶体缺陷和晶体质量产生影响.

| Abstract: | The author mainly studies the influencing factors in the course of the crystal growth under hydrothermal condition on the basis of his own work and pertinent literatures.Distribution of temperature in the autoclave, the filling factor and concentration and pH value of solution (or solvent), impurity,et al.Influence the shape ,configuration,colour, disfigurement and quality of crystal. |
