| 摘 要： | 用超声波法可将尾穗苋幼苗中的苋红素提取出来。处理时间以4分钟为宜。但对苋红素有轻微的破坏作用。用超声波法提取的苋红素稳定性较好,不会因时间延长或加热而降解。所提取的苋红素光密度值与激动素浓度的关系曲线与冻融法的相同,并可用于细胞分裂素的生物测试。

| Abstract: | Amaranthin in seedings of Amaranthus candatus L. could be abstracted with ultrasonic method. Four minutes was considered suitable in course of abstration. Although harm had be done on the amaranthin , it was far from serious.The amaranthin had good feature of stability .It would not be resolve by heating or preserving for long time.Relation curve of optical density of amaranthin and concertration of kinetin was same as what was done by freezing-melting method and could be used in biological determination of cytokinin |
