日本沼虾受精卵的离体培养及其胚胎发育的初步观察

本文报道了日本沼虾的受精卵离体培养实验，并初步描述了其胚胎发育的特征。结果表明：日本沼虾受精卵以及各期胚胎（即卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、无节幼体期、后无节幼体期、前蚤状幼体期的胚胎）分别离体培养，均可孵化出蚤状Ｉ期幼体；并且离体受精卵及各发育时期胚胎与亲虾所抱受精卵和相同时期胚胎发育同步。日本沼虾的卵裂方式属于完全卵裂和表面卵裂之间的过渡类型

Preliminary Study on the Isolated Culture of the Fertilized Egg and Embryonic Development of the Macrobrachium nipponense (Crustacea Decapoda)

This paper reports the isolated culture experiment of the fertilized egg of the Macrobrachium nipponense and preliminary observation of embryonic development of the shrimp. Results show: Both the fertilized egg and the different period embryo (cleavage, blastula, gastrula, egg-nauplius, egg-metanauplius and prezoea) can develop into zoea I in the isolated culture. The fertilized egg and the period embryoes of the isolated culture develop in the same conditions with the fertilized egg and the same period embryoes carried by the female shrimp . The cleavage type of the fertilized egg of the macrobrachium nipponense is between complete cleavage and superficial cleavage.
