洋葱染色体HSG法C显带重复性和成功率的研究

摘    要:本文研究了洋葱根尖染色体HSG法C显带的重复性与片龄的关系。我们掌握了不同烤片时间洋葱染色体标本在47℃0.25mol/lHCl条件下C显带规律,并找到C显带重复性及成功率高达96.47%的最佳烤片时间为78—126小时(60℃)及各种分带条件与重复性成功率的关系。并讨论了影响C显带成功率的各项因素。

Abstract:This paper studies the selation between repeatafility of succeseful rale and film state on allium cope root tip chromosome C-banding by using HSG method. We contorted the C-banded law of allium cope sample on different roosted film state under 47℃ and 0.25mol/l HC1 condition and found the best roast fielm state in 78-126hr (60℃ ) on C-banding to be 96.47%. We found the relation between repeatafility successful rate and other banding condition the facters infuencing the successful rate of C-banding in studies .
