摘    要:以实际齿廓公法线上的距离为齿廓间隙,提出了一种修正齿形针摆传动初始间隙的准确计算方法,并开发了相应的计算程序,计算了汽车座椅调角器的空转角,并通过实际啮合状态仿真证明了该计算方法的正确性.运用该程序,还研究了修形方式与初始间隙、修形量与空回转角及啮合位置的关系,得出了负等距加正移距修形可以获得最小的空转角度、啮合位置与修形量大小有关的结论,并用以指导汽车座椅调角器性能的改进设计.

Abstract:An accurate calculation method of initial backlash of the pin and cycloid transmission with teeth profile modified is presented according to the distance measured on common normal of actual teeth profile. An application program for calculating initial backlash was developed and used to calculate void angle of the seat angle adjustment mechanism of an automobile. The calculation method was testified by the calculation results of initial backlash and simulation of its meshing state. The relations between the types of teeth profile modification and initial backlash, the coefficient of modification and void angle and actual meshing position were studied using the program. It is concluded that combination modification of teeth profile, including positive equidistant and negative offset, could get the minimum void angle and the meshing position relates to coefficient of teeth profile modification, which are used to improve the designs of the seat angle adjustment mechanism of an automobile.
