| 摘 要： | 介绍了对一维位置敏感探测器外围信号处理电路的改进方法，通过减弱或消除噪声的影响，设计出了一套可以测量微米级位置移动的高精度测量系统，并给出了实验结果．

| Abstract: | The methods used to improve PSD signal processing cir cu it were introduced. By weakening or removing the effect of noise, a high precisi on position measurement system based on PSD with high precision was designed and the experiment results were also provided. |
