摘    要:将低成本等离子弧作热源增材堆积,辅以数控铣削减材,开发等离子熔积与铣削复合制造工艺(hybrid plasma deposition and milling,HPDM)直接制造金属零件.对HPDM工艺中表面粗糙度影响较大的齿进给量和切削速度两个重要因素进行了研究.结果表明:为提高表面精度,可以适当减小齿进给量,同时配以较高的切削速度.在研究分析铣削工艺参数对表面粗糙度的影响之后,获得合理的工艺条件,运用该条件试制出了传统加工难以制造的带阴影干涉的扭转体金属零件叶片,证明了利用HPDM工艺可以改善原型内外表面质量.

Abstract:Research on the two most influencing factors to the surface state of feed per tooth and milling speed of HPDM(hybrid plasma deposition and milling),which combined additive plasma deposition shaping and removable surface milling finish technologies during the process,was investigated in this paper.The results show that small feed per tooth and large milling speed can increase the surface quality,suitable process parameters are found out and a torsional metal vane with full density and fine surface state is then trialmanufactured,thereby an effective approach is provided to improve the inside and outside quality of rapid metal prototypes.
