| 摘 要： | 针对不确定的竞争市场 ,将公司进行降低生产成本的研究与开发 (R&D)的投资机会看作增长期权 ,讨论了已安装生产容量的在位企业的研发投资决策 ,在假设随机市场需求规模服从均匀分布条件下分析了投资期权价值及各种因素对策略投资的影响 .研究表明较大的市场需求预期、成本节约效应和已安装生产容量鼓励了策略研发投资 .

| Abstract: | The decisions of research & development (R&D) investment for cost-reduction were discussed in an uncertain and competitive market with the investment opportunity as a growth option and an installed production capacity considered. With the assumption that the stochastic market demand level followed a uniform distribution, the value of the investment opportunity and the impacts of several factors on R&D investment decision-making were analyzed. The results showed that the large expectation of market demand level, cost-reduction effect and installed capacity encouraged the investment. |
