| 摘 要： | 探讨了数字城市的基本概念，论述了数字城市的多层次系统构成以及空间网络结构体系，指出在系统构成上，数字城市可划分为基础层、专题层和综合层等多层次结构；在空间框加相，数字城市可采取集中式与分 工相结合的网络体系结构，地理信息系统、遥感、虚拟现实、网络和多嫖体及数据库等多种技术的高度集成与应用，是实现数字城市的关键。

| Abstract: | A digital city is characterized by multi layer hiberarchy and combination of concentrated and distributed system structure. The integrated application of many technologies such as remote sensing(RS), geographical information system(GIS), virtual reality(VR), broad band and database are the key to a digital city construction. |
