| Abstract: | The operation productivity of a system can be described by the ratio of output and input. As far as a service unit is concerned, its operation productivity is difficult to mensurate quantificationally. In order to solve this problem, a data envelope analysis model is proposed which is a kind of programming model incorporating multi input and output into the numerator and denominator of the productivity ratio. And this model can compare much service unit operation productivity. |
