复合矿物掺合料高性能混凝土的试验研究

摘    要:通过对复合矿物磨细矿渣、硅粉矿物掺合料高性能混凝土的试验,研究了最大限度降低水泥用量,优化高性能混凝土胶凝材料用量的问题.试验结果表明:水胶比仍是影响矿渣高性能混凝土强度的主要因素;磨细矿渣、硅粉等量取代水泥,取代值存在一个最佳值,分别是磨细矿渣掺量最佳值为凝胶材料总量的30%,硅粉的掺量为凝胶材料总量的15%,高效减水剂为凝胶材料总量的2.0%.

Abstract:How to reduce the cement and how to optimize the mix proportion of binder in the high performance concrete (HPC) were studied by experiments on the high performance concrete with silica fume-fine slag composite. The results indicate that the ratio of water to binder is the main factor of concrete strength. It was found the best mix proportion was when silica fume and fine slag were added as replacement for cement to improve the strength of concrete, the valve is 30?%,15?% respectively. There is also a better range of mix proportion of superplasticizer. The value is 2.0?% binder by weight.
