| 摘 要： | 通过把环境污染与生产总量联系起来，由消费物资多少及环境好坏、人口出生率大小这三因素来确定效用，建立了一个内生人口增长模型，得到了均衡时内生人口增长水平及生产总量和污染总量的增长水平、最优的环境控制策略。

| Abstract: | Connecting the environment pollution with the output, individual utility is decided by the following three factors: consumption goods, population growth rate and environment pollution. The model for endogenous population growth is established which can obtain the balance population growth level, the output and pollution growth level and the optimal strategy for controlling environment. |
