摘    要:应用XRD,SEM,EDXA等测试手段,从钢-膨胀水泥石界面过渡层中各种元素离子的分布状况以及具有显著特点的CH相和AFt相的形态、CH取向度等方面研究了钢-膨胀水泥石界面过渡区的结构,并对限制条件下钢-膨胀水泥石界面结构的改善进行了讨论.研究结果表明,刚性限制条件下水泥石界面过渡区结构得到了显著改善;钢-膨胀水泥石界面区中CH的空间生长情况优于钢-普通水泥石界面区中CH的空间生长情况,Si元素质量分数高于后者,Ca元素质量分数低于后者。

Abstract:By XRD, SEM, and EDXA test methods, the microstructure of the steel-expansive cement paste interfacial transition of steel tube-high strength expansive concrete was investigated. The improvement of the microstructure of steel-expansive cement paste interface in the confined condition was discussed. The results indicated that CH spatial growth situations of steel-expansive cement interface are better than steel-ordinary cement interface. The crystal sizes of CH and AFt of the former are less than those of the latter, the relative percentage of Si of the former is higher than that of the latter, and the relative percentage of Ca of the former is less than that of the latter.
