| 摘 要： | 本文以机座散热量最大为目的,给出了波纹钢板机座的换热模型及其散热量计算式,在考虑空心翅片的结构尺寸对其换热能力的影响基础上,对波纹钢板机座进行了优化设计,给出了最佳散热片的尺寸.设计结果表明,机座的散热能力提高,体积减小,重量减轻.

| Abstract: | Aimed at achieving maximum heat dissipation of the motor frame, a heat exchange model has been developed and the formulae for heat dissipation calculation of the corrugated sheet steel frame are derived. The influence of the hollow fin dimensions on heat dissipation is discussed and the optimum fin dimensions are given. |
