摘    要:以实验室配制的不同亲疏水性比例的水样,经超滤膜过滤,观察有机物亲疏水性对膜污染的影响.结果显示:过滤末期含疏水性最多的腐殖酸水样跨膜压差最高,疏水性有机物与亲水性有机物比例为3/7~1/2的水样跨膜压差最低.考察水样Zeta电位及粒径,发现疏水性有机物与亲水性有机物比例为3/7~1/2的水样Zeta电位值比其他水样低约40%,粒径比其他水样大约7%.结果表明:在疏水性组分较多时(大于60%),疏水性有机物是造成膜污染的主要原因;在疏水性组分较少时(小于40%),水样中胶团可压缩性是造成膜污染的主要原因.

Abstract:To investigate the membrane fouling caused by natural substances,the effects of hydrophilic/hydrophobic,properties of organic materials in different water samples on ultrafiltration(UF) membrane fouling were investigated.It was found that the maximum transmembrane pressure is caused by water sample with maximum hydrophobic components,while the minimal transmembrane pressure is caused by water samples with hydrophilic-hydrophobic ratios of 3/7~1/2.The Zeta potential and particle size of water samples were examined,and which was found that the Zeta potential of these two water samples with hydrophilic-hydrophobic ratios of 3/7~1/2 are lower than about 40% of other water samples,while the particle size are bigger than about 7%.The results show that the hydrophobic property of organic matter is the main reason of membrane fouling when there is much hydrophobic components(more than 60%),and when there is little hydrophobic components(less than 40%),the reason is the compressibility of micelles.
