摘    要:在简要分析开发软磁铁粉材料 (SMC)永磁电动机前景的基础上 ,设计并制造了一台以SMC材料为定子铁心的爪极永磁同步电动机 ,建立了电机的等值磁路图并进行了磁场分析 .采用三维有限元数值方法进行了磁场计算 ,计算结果得到样机试验结果的验证 .介绍了SMC爪极永磁电动机样机的结构及设计特点

Abstract:To investigate the application of soft magnetic composite (SMC) materials in permanent magnet motors, the authors have designed and built a claw pole permanent magnet synchronous motor with SMC stator core. The equivalent magnetic circuit of the motor is established and used to analyze the magnetic field distribution. The magnetic field is calculated numerically by using three dimensional finite element methods and confirmed by the experimental results of the prototype motor. The structure and design characteristics of the SMC claw pole permanent magnet motor are introduced.
