造纸废液的白腐菌处理及特性研究

摘    要:就具有较强木质素降解能力的白腐菌对造纸黑液的处理能力及特性进行初步研究。采用液体发酵对不同状况下的造纸废液进行处理,以白腐菌处理造纸废液过程中的生长状况,浊度,COD,可溶性糖等指标进行观察与测定,结果显示出不同种属的白腐菌对各种状态的造纸液处理程度不同,其中效果较好的2^#菌株在光解,非光解造纸废液上的COD去除率达到80%以上,处理后的水质清亮无色,说明木质纤维素分解菌-白腐菌具有处理造纸黑液的潜在能力。

Abstract:The study on degrading kraft wastewater by white rot fungi, which can degrade lignin intensity, is done. Taking biomass, turbidity, color, sugar, COD and so on as a target, those values are analyzed. The result shows that white rot fungi have the ability on degrading kraft wastewater and the treatment affection vary with species of white rot fungi and types of kraft wastewater. Strain 2 # of white rot fungi can degrade rate of COD more than 80% in two kinds of kraft wastewater decomposing by ray of UV. After the kraft wastewater being treated from turbidity, black liquor turns to limpid colorless water. The results show that white rot fungi have a potential of degrading kraft wastewater.
