阳极焙烧炉火道燃烧过程模拟

摘    要:对阳极焙烧炉的燃烧过程进行了数值模拟。讨论了炉内温度场、流动场和各组分浓度场的分布规律,分析了这些因素对碳阳极焙烧质量的影响。温度场的分布是影响碳阳极生产质量的关键因素。计算结果表明,在设计阳极焙烧炉结构时应充分考虑烟道中隔板对气流分布的影响。

Abstract:The calculated distribution of the temperature field, fluid field, and concentration field in the anode baking furnace was discussed. The effects of different factors on the quality of baked anodic carbon were analyzed. The temperature distribution pattern was one of the key factors affecting the quality of baked anodic carbon. The results showed that the direction of the gas flow distribution should be considered in design of flue baffles.
