摘    要:本文运用整数非线性规划方法建立选择梯级水电站最优开发顺序的排序模型,研究了一种适合于求解目标函数和(或)约束函数只具有可计算性的整数非线性规划问题的直接搜索寻优算法。

Abstract:This paper presents a method of working out a model for scheduling cascade hydroelectric stations by means of integral nonlinear programming. That the current value of all-in cost should be minimum in the planned period is taken as the optimal criterion while the current values of various costs are evaluated with a simulation program; The investment constraints, constraints of electric power balance and electric energy balance, construction condition constraints etc. have been considered in the model. The comprehensive utilization benefits of flood control, irrigation and navigation have also been taken into consideration. Rosenbrock's algorithm for solving continuous variable nonconstrained extreme value problems is modified and a simple and direct search algorithm suitable for solving integral nonlinear pro-gramming problems in which the functions have only computability is suggested. A practical example shows that the algorithm proposed is effective.
