| Abstract: | The synchronous technology of frequency measurement is studied. The synchronous measurement circuits are presented. The requirement for timing T s and reference frequency f s are analyzed. The principle of time calibrating with GPS and double microcomputes constructions of multi payment watthour meter prooftester are introduced. |
