Abstract:A computer based closed loop synchronous electro hydraulic control system with two symmetrical oil cylinders is described. The proportional valve or servo valve is used as the control element, and the hydraulic oil cylinder as the actuator. A linerar grating ruler is used to measure the displacement. the structure of the synchronous electro hydraulic control system and the principle of the fuzzy PID regulator are discussed. The methods for making the regulator adaptive to the nonlinearity of the controlled production process and of setting the synchronous feedback factors with fuzzy control and reducing the synchronous control error are perposed.
