摘    要:研究了添加纳米SiO2对MnZn功率铁氧体材料磁性能的影响,并用AES和SEM对功率铁氧体材料的微结构和晶界进行了研究,结果表明晶界电阻率和功率损耗依赖于纳米SiO2加入量,加入的纳米SiO2量有一个最佳值.加入适量的纳米SiO2有助于降低MnZn功率铁氧体的功率损耗,其原因在于Si原子阻止了Nb原子和Ca原子进入铁氧体材料的晶格,与Nb原子和Ca原子一起富集到铁氧体材料的晶界处,形成具有高电阻率的晶界层,降低了铁氧体材料的涡流损耗.

Abstract:The effect of nanosize SiO 2 addition on the power l os s in the manganese zinc ferrite was investigated. The microstructure and grain b oundary of MnZn ferrites were observed by AES and SEM. The results showed that t he grain boundary resistivity and power loss were dependent upon the content of nanosize SiO 2. An optimum content of nanosize SiO 2 existed to produce unifor m grain structure. Proper content of nanosize SiO 2 was useful for the power to reduce the loss of ferrite. The Si atoms prevented Ca and Nb atoms from being i ncorporated within the spinel lattice, and gathered in the grain boundaries with Ca and Nb atoms together to form a grain boundaries layer with high resistivity . The eddy current loss of the ferrite was reduced.
