摘    要:对分层物体制造工业应用关键技术--废料分离机理进行分析讨论.从理论上细致地分析了叠层制造的过程,分析了不同倾斜角度的平面的成形机理,指出该工艺废料难于分离的根本原因是废料与零件未从根本上断开.在分析了切口与叠层的特性基础上,首次提出临界分离角的概念,并给出了相应的计算方法和公式.据此,可由叠层材料厚度及激光光斑直径直接确定其临界分离角,并进而改变激光切割路径,可使废料与零件实现完全分离.此外还讨论了应用临界分离角的废料网格划分方法.

Abstract:The process of LOM is theoretically analyzed and the fundamentals of forming the various plane are discussed. It is pointed out that the difficulty of separating the waste material from the prototyping lies in the fact that the waste material is not cut out from the parts completely. After the slot and the laminated characteristics being analyzed, the concept of separation critical angle is found out. The computational method and the formula of the separation critical angle are given. The separation critical angle can be confirmed directly. An important conclusion that the waste material can be divided from the prototyping wholly by changing the cutting pass is obtained. The methods of compartmentalizing reseau making use of the separation critical angle are elaborated. This theory has been applied to the process of LOM successfully.
