| 摘 要： | 直线滚动导轨因其循环回路的钢球出入口处承受过大载荷而影响使用寿命,对此,本文以增加间隙、设计过渡曲线的方法来加以解决.文中推导了具有间隙时的刚度计算方程,并进行了数值计算和实验分析,从而为钢球循环回路过渡曲线的优化设计提供了依据.

| Abstract: | In this paper a crowning is designed by increasing crevices. The expressions for stiffness calculation for the case of existence of crevice are derived. Numerical calculation and experimental investigation have been carried out and the reliability of the method proposed is proved. The parameters for an optimal design of a ball circulation loop are also given. |
