阳极焙烧炉火道结构优化

摘    要:对阳极焙烧炉的火道结构进行了优化模拟计算。分析了两种结构优化方案的可行性,并得出综合优化方案。研究表明,适当调整挡板的位置可以改善气流的分布。结果显示,综合优化方案对改善阳极焙烧炉的燃烧条件有着显著效果。数值模拟的方法为阳极焙烧炉结构和运行参数的优化提供了较准确、快速和经济的研究手段。

Abstract:Simulation on the structure optimization in an anode baking furnace was preformed and feasibility of two structure optimization was analyzed. A comprehensive optimization case was developed. Adjusting the location of flue baffles could reform the gas flow distribution. The results indicate that the comprehensive optimization case may improve the combustion condition in anode baking furnace. The numerical simulation of anode baking furnace is an accurate, effective and economical method for optimizing structure of anode baking furnace flue and operation parameter.
