光纤圆度仪的研究

摘    要:本文提出一种将反射式光纤微位移传感器用于圆度测量的方法。结合一参考光路,并利用微机进行数据采集和信号处理,这种传感器易受待测体材料类型和表面粗糙度的影响可被消除。

Abstract:A new method using micro-displacement sensors with reflective optical fibre for the measurement of roundness is presented. One sensor is installed on one side of the round object to be measured and the other sensor with its output optical intensity independent of the relative displacement is on the diametrically opposite side. During measurement, the part to be measured is rotated relative to the sensing heads. The data is evenly sampled(360 points for a complete circle) and processed by microcomputer. The result depends only on the relative variation of the radii measured while independent of the material or the roughness of the surface. The roundness is then evaluated with the least square method.
