采用 k-ε湍流模型的喷水推进器性能预报

摘    要:采用结构化网格离散计算域,利用稳态多参考系法求解RANS方程,对喷水推进器内流动进行数值模拟.为评估不同湍流模型在喷水推进器性能预报中的适用性,计算时分别采用了标准k-ε模型、RNGk-ε模型和Realizablek-ε模型.将计算值与厂商提供值进行对比,结果表明:3种湍流模型都可较好地预报喷水推进器的功率,最大误差小于3%,但在预报喷水推进器推力特性过程中差异较大.综合分析后认为其在喷水推进器性能预测中的表现优劣次序依次为RNGk-ε模型、Realizablek-ε模型和标准k-ε模型.

Abstract:The flow field of waterjet,which was meshed by structural grids,was calculated numerically by the steady state multiple frame of reference method through solving the RANS(Reynolds-averoged Navier-Stokes) equations.In order to investigate the applicability of different turbulence models for waterjet performance prediction,the standard k-ε model,the RNG k-ε model and the Realizable k-ε model were used respectively.The calculated results and manufacturer data were compared,and the results show that all these three models are suitable for waterjet power prediction with the maximal error less than 3%,but they play a quite different representation for waterjet thrust prediction.According to the comprehensive analysis,sequence from best to worst of these three turbulence models used in waterjet performance prediction is the RNG k-ε model,the Realizable k-ε model and the standard kε model.
