摘    要:基于结构几何非线性有限元法,推导了弦支穹顶结构施工过程的非线性有限元分析格式,同时针对索撑节点摩阻力对结构的真实影响,分析了索撑节点摩阻力对结构非线性刚度矩阵形成的修正算法,进而提出了可考虑索撑节点摩阻力的基于对外形和索力双控的伺服施工过程方法,并编制了相应算法.该算法可实现对施工过程的外形和预拉力的双重控制,且施工成形终态可最大精度地获取设计态所需的结构位形和索力.实例分析结果验证了该方法的可行性和精度.该方法对于采用张拉环索法施工的弦支穹顶结构具有一定的普适性.

Abstract:An incremental equilibrium equation was deduced for suspen-domes during prestress tension construction according to the theory of finite element method.Based on the equation,a servo-control construction method based on double control form-finding was proposed,taking the construction process and the friction of cable-strut joint into consideration,and the corresponding algorithm was established.By employing the algorithm,servo-control of the construction process can be realized and the configuration and cable force which agree with those in designed state respectively can be obtained with high accuracy.Servo-control of the construction process of an actual suspen-dome construction was studied,and the investigation shows the validity and practicability of the proposed algorithm.The method can also effectively control the construction process of the suspen-domes used in hoop-cable prestressing method.
