摘    要:介绍了基于计算机视觉三维激光扫描测量系统.该系统主要由双目视觉测量探头、图像采集卡、扫描机构及其控制部分组成.通过两个摄像机同时摄取一个扫描激光光条的图像,经图像匹配,利用视差,可计算得到光条上所有点的位置以及深度,即被扫描物体表面的三维信息.就系统中的摄像机标定、图像采集、特征提取、图像匹配及三维信息恢复等主要工作过程进行了论述.

Abstract:A 3D laser scanning measure system based on computer vision was introduced. It was composed of a binocular measuring sensor based on vision, image acquisition cards, scanning part and control part. By means of collecting the images with a laser strip by two CCD cameras and matching the image, the position and depth of points on the scanning laser strip can be obtained by the disparity. The CCD camera calibration, image collection, feature extracting and matching, 3D shape information recover in the system were discussed. The system can be used in reverse engineering.
