基于小波的光谱信号基线校正和背景扣除

摘    要:提出一种基于小波多分辨分析的光谱信号基线校正和背景扣除算法,对原始光谱进行小波去噪,应用小波多分辨分析对基线/背景预扣除,并基于一阶导数进行峰形修正,得到符合实际的校正光谱.对叠加曲线背景和线性背景的模拟光谱数据进行模拟实验.结果显示:该算法可用于多种类型的基线/背景校正场合,无须分析样品成分的先验知识,无须选择合适的背景校正点,也无须背景信号分布的数学假设,可应用于各类谱图的基线校正和背景扣除中.
