锅炉转向室烟气调节屏的调节性能与优化设计

摘    要:为解决锅炉尾部烟道中烟气气流分布不均匀性问题,在锅炉转向室内增设烟气调节屏,并通过数值计算和采用粒子图像测速仪(PIV)测量的方法对烟气调节屏的调节性能进行优化.在锅炉转向室内优化设计出3种不同的烟气调节屏装置,并引用不均匀系数和速度偏差系数定量评定烟道内流场的均匀性,结果显示增设烟气调节装置后气流场均匀程度明显变优....
