摘    要:基于ANSYS有限元软件,建立了钢管饱和磁化下的涡流检测数值计算模型,研究构件磁导率特性与涡流检测信号的作用机制.鉴于ANSYS软件的谐波分析模块中不能同时施加交直流激励的限制,提出了一种处理磁导率的等效方法——EMP法,将涡流检测交直流激励的非线性模型简化为交流激励的线性模型.采用EMP法计算了钢管磁化后的磁导率、涡...

Abstract:Eddy current testing(ECT) model of the steel pipe with direct current(DC) saturation magnetization was developed using ANSYS software.Formation mechanism of magnetic permeability properties and ECT signal on component were studied.Because of limitation of ANSYS software on loading,a new equivalent magnetic permeability(EMP) method was presented.Based on this method,the nonlinear finite element model with AC and DC exciting could be simplified as the linear with alternating current(AC) exciting for ECT.Furth...
