摘    要:通过对富有经验的服装排料师排料过程的研究,提出了一种基于人工智能的自动排料算法,该算法运用问题归维理论,将自动排料的过程简化为基本块的生成与搜索;运用了规则判断与启发式搜索的方法,生成基本块;对系统中大片、小片(衣片)进行了自动判断分组,从而加快了运算的速度。

Abstract:By studying and analyzing the arrangement procession of the experiential garment arranger and many algorithms, an algorithm for automatic arrangement based on artificial intelligence is provided in this paper. This algorithm uses the problem reduction theory to predigest the process of automatic arrangement to the building and search for the basic blocks, adopts the methods of rule estimation and heuristic searching to build the basic blocks, groups the clothing parts by their sizes to improve system's calculating speed.
