| 摘 要： | 针对企业在知识联盟伙伴选择过程中存在的主观性和盲目性问题，建立了基于多层次灰色关联度方法的知识联盟伙伴选择模型，构造了评价企业知识联盟潜在合作伙伴的指标体系，并对所提出的模型进行了例证分析．结果表明，该模型简单实用，能够使企业知识联盟伙伴选择的结果更具客观性和准确性，降低了企业在选择知识联盟的潜在合作伙伴时因主观、盲目而造成联盟伙伴选择不理想，从而最终导致知识联盟达不到预期效果或失败解体的风险．

| Abstract: | A model for partner selecting of knowledge alliances based on multi hierarchal grey correlative degree was presented and an index system comprising the main indexes of partner selecting of knowledge alliances was established to estimate potential partners. The model helped to avoid the subjectivity and blindness in the procedure of traditional partner selecting of knowledge alliances. The model was simple and practical for enterprises to get an objective and precise result in partner selecting of knowledge alliances. It helped enterprises to achieve the target of knowledge alliances. |
