| 摘 要： | 采用灰色多目标决策理论，结合最佳冷工艺，对32mm厚Q345B钢板进行钢板冷却最优控制模型的研究，确定了以返红温度，冷却速度，平直度和耗水量为控制目标，以钢板运行速度，集管开启组数为设计变量的最优控制冷策略，根据4个目标的性质采用不同的效果测度计算公式，按照实际生产的需求可进行不同权值的行决策和列决策，从而得到相应的最优控冷策略。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of grey system, this paper studied the model decision in controlled cooling medium plates (32?mm Q345B). The optimal determination of control model was related to four aims, so different effect estimation formulae were applied to these aims respectively. Grey multi target decision theory contributed to the construction of the optimization model using the transfer velocity of plates and the number of active header group as design variables. |
