摘    要:对从动螺旋伞齿轮的精密锻造过程进行三维刚塑性有限元模拟,获得了齿形充填饱满的模拟齿轮锻件及其变形过程,阐述了螺旋伞齿轮精密锻造成形阶段分类和齿形充填模式.铅试件实验从齿轮外形和成形力两方面验证有限元模拟的正确性.根据相似理论,预测出从动螺旋伞齿轮冷精锻成形力50州左右,解释了大截面的螺旋伞齿轮难以冷精锻的原因,提出了从动螺旋伞齿轮精密塑性成形的工艺方案.

Abstract:The precision forging process of spiral bevel driven gears in automotive final drive was simulated, using three demensional rigid plastic FEM, forging parts with a full gear tooth and metal flow procedure were obtained. The classification of forming stage for spiral bevel driven gear and filling pattern of gear tooth were acquired. Experiment results with lead workpiece validate the FE simulation by means of gear profile and forming load value. Deformation load of cold precision forging for a steel spiral bevel driven gear was predicted on the basis of similarity theory and the reasons that heavy- section spiral bevel driven gear is difficult to form under room temperature were explained and the realistic process of plastic forming for spiral bevel driven gear was proposed.
