摘    要:本文应用赫兹弹性接触理论,分析了直线滚动导轨的工作机理,即几何关系和物理关系,导出了承受垂直载荷时的刚度计算方法,并通过实验数据和理论计算结果的对比,论证了本计算方法的可靠性。

Abstract:In this paper, the mechanism (geometric and physical connections) of Linear Motion Guide are analyzed in detail using the Hertz theory of elasticity touch. A method for stiffness calculation under vertical load is derived. The reliability of the calculating method is demonstrated by comparing the calculating results in theory with the experimental data. The calculating method proposed can be used to design and develop new types of Linear Motion Guide.
