摘    要:讨论了磁光静态记录过程中单层膜与多层膜在激光照射微区内温度场的分布,导出多层膜在激光照射下温度变化的解析表达式,由此模拟出局域瞬态温度场,在理论上确定了TbFeCo记录材料的成畴大小和形状,这对磁光薄膜宽温化、表面温度特性和磁光记录畴表面形貌分析等具有实际意义

Abstract:We discussed the temperature distribution in the tiny zone irradiated by laser beam in single layer film and multi layered film during magneto optical static recording process, and educed the resolution expression of the temperature variation in multi layered film under the irradiation of the laser beam. The field of instantaneous temperature was simulated, the size of written domains of TbFeCo material was calculated, and the domain shape was also estimated. The simulation was very useful for widening the temperature and analyzing the temperature characteristic or shape of the surface of magnetor optical film.
