| 摘 要： | 本文对等径T形件的横向挤压过程进行了实验研究,验证了等径T形件横向挤压时的金属流动过程属于平面变形问题的假设,并分别运用滑移线法和刚塑性有限元法对该过程进行了理论分析和模拟计算,计算结果与实验研究一致.

| Abstract: | The radial extrusion of a three-way joint with equal diameters has been experimentally investigated. The theoretical hypothesis that the process of radial extrusion is a plane-strain problem has been verified. The process of radial extrusion has been analyzed and simulational calculation has been carried out using the slip-line method and rigid-plastic method, respectively. It is shown that the computational results are approximately the same as the experimental ones. |
