摘    要:分析了目前不同抄表方式的优势与不足,提出了基于全球移动通信系统(GSM)无线远程集中抄表的方法.在每一栋楼设立一个电能控制管理中心站和一个GSM集抄终端,管理中心站单片机控制系统利用485总线对本楼的用户电能计量表实现控制和管理.设定某一集抄终端为数据服务器终端,利用GSM网,短信发送(SMS)功能实现每一GSM抄终端与数据服务器终端之间的数据通信.通过软件和硬件的设计与研究,该系统实现了购电、用电控制、远程抄表的功能.

Abstract:Some methods of electrical power recording-meter were analyzed.A kind of electrical power wireless-recording system is put forward in which global system for mobile communications(GSM) net is used.A central control station of electrical power and a GSM remoter-recording terminal were set for a living building.Each electrical power meter and the quantity of electrical power used can be controlled and managed individually by using 485 BUS and micro-computer in central station.The data of GSM remoter-recording terminals can be communicated each other through the data server chosen from a certain GSM remoter-recording terminal by using GSM net and SMS.The hardware and software for the control system were studied.Purchasing electrical power,remote recording and their intelligent management were implemented in this system.
