摘    要:从傅里叶光学的基本理论出发,对多光束耦合的机理进行了理论分析,得出了光栅耦合的数学模型.根据模型用研制的优化软件对耦合器件进行了优化设计,并用特定设计的二元位相光栅作为耦合器件,在参与合成的各激光束之间满足一定的位相关系组态时,可实现将多束入射光相干合成一束能量较大的同轴高斯光束.给出了实验结果及有关的结论

Abstract:From the point of view of Fourier optics, the mechanism of the coherent composition of multiple laser beams is analyzed and the mathematical model for grating coupling has been developed. According to the model, the coupled grating is optimally designed using software developed by the authors. Specially designed binary phase grating is used as the coupling element and when the phase relations among laser beams taking part in the composition satisfy certain state conditions, it is possible for these laser beams to be coherently composed to form a co axis Gaussian laser beam with much higher energy. Experimental results and relevant conclusions are given.
