石油焦燃烧过程中NO_x和SO_2析出规律的研究

摘    要:在卧式加热炉和富氧条件下,对石油焦在燃烧过程中的NOx 和SO2 析出规律进行研究,发现石油焦的NOx 和SO2 析出受多种因素的影响:温度增加,NOx 的析出量增加;颗粒粒径增加,NOx 和SO2 的析出量减少;石灰石微量增加,NOx 的浓度降低,石灰石过量增加,NOx 的浓度反而升高,石灰石的增加使SO2 降低;NOx 的析出并不与N 的质量分数成正比,SO2 的析出与S的质量分数成正比.结合这些实验现象,从机理上对它们进行解析.

Abstract:The emission principle of NO x and SO 2 during petroleum coke combustion under superabundant concentration of O 2 in a horizontal heating furnace is studied. The experimental results indicate that there are many factors affecting the emission of NO x and SO 2. The increase of temperature increases the emission of NO x but not that of SO 2, the increasing of particle diameter decreases both NO x and SO 2 emission; a little increase of the amount of limestone decreases the concentration of NO x , but excessive increase of limestone increases it instead; The increase of limestone amount decreases, however, the emission of SO 2; and the emission of NO x is not proportional to nitrogen content, but that of SO 2 is proportional of sulphur content. The mechanisms all these phenomena found during the tests are discussed.
